At Bice Rentals we want our tenants to feel at home in all of our properties. That’s why we’re so responsive to all of your needs. We don’t believe in middlemen, so our team personally handles all of the management and maintenance issues associated with each of our properties. We only hire on-site people who will be professional, courteous, and helpful when working with you.
We’ll let you know when there are planned maintenance or service activities in your area. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us and we’ll address your situation as soon as possible. We’ve even made it easy for you to let us know about your maintenance needs. Use our convenient, online system to submit all of your non-emergency requests. Of course, if you should ever have an emergency request, please call us at (815) 654-2580 as quickly as possible.
